ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Arthur Galland a Level Designer at Quantic Dream that has study at
Rubika SupinfoGame in France. I have a keen interest for distinctive levels.
It's been 6 years since I started my journey as a Level Designer with the production of various games and I learned a lot from it.
How to work inside a team and with other departments. Which design problems Level Designers encounter and how to resolve them effectively. The different ways to create levels, how to present them and manage their scopes. How to spot design or balancing issues with playtests. I also learned different tools like Unity (C#), Unreal 4 and 5
(BP and BSP), Blender and other proprietary engines in order to work on my projects.
I strive to create memorable experiences by crafting levels that stand out with the help of all the other production departments and my level design toolbox.
I love learning new ways to create what I envision, with new tools or new concepts. I think the game industry has always something new to show.
During my spare time I enjoy building miniatures like Gunpla. I discover a newfound love for boardgames and I also master roleplaying games with my friends. I sometime speedrun some of my favorite video games. And furthermore, I'm a big fan of Mechas.
